Since the 20.06.2009 ACSE GmbH from Munich is officially service and maintenance partner for Axsys/Cineflex airborne camera systems in Europe

(PresseBox) (München, ) Since the 20.06.2009 ACSE GmbH from Munich / Germany is officially service and maintenance partner for Axsys / Cineflex airborne camera systems in Europe. With the final aproval through the US government and the release of a TAA (Travel Assist Agreement), ACSE GmbH is enabled to service and maintain Europe wide all HD- Video and Law Enforcement camerasystems from Axsys technologies (a daughter company of General Dynamics) , and do warranty repairs, too. This includes all service on mechanical, electronical and software related repairs of Cineflex and Axsys Gimbals for civil and non- civil misions.

As one out of 5 worldwide certified ASPs, ACSE GmbH is licensed to service video, nightvision and laser systems from Axsys. With the strategic decision from Axsys, to chose Europes well know gimbal repair company ACSE GmbH as their service partner, Axsys shortens down service and maintenace time drastically due to the short distances to the customers and the well trained staff of ACSE GmbH. All neccessary spare parts are on stock in the small high tech company in Munich, in the heart of Europe.

ACSE GmbH offers service in his Munich homebase and in emergency cases on location or in the customers location repair, with it's mobile repair teams. Therefore a fully equiped mobile maintenance car is provided to reach every location in Europe in shortest terms. A very importent improvement for the customer ist the combination between Cineflex and Sony technicians in one and the same service person. Due to that highly scilled training status, ACSE GmbH engineers can service gimbals and camera in the same time, and there is no need of wasting time by shipping gimbals from one service to the next service location.

The excellent team around managing director Hendrik Vogt offers a 24/7 service hotline for their customers, and additional service contracts for the time after the manufactuerers warranty ended. If nessesary, exchange gimbals could be provided to be rent out to cover shootings while the customers gimbal is in service.
